I recently dined at Momo Sa-Khang by Kailash Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by their wide array of vegan options. Though the restaurant primarily serves Nepali and Tibetan cuisine, I was able to enjoy a delicious and flavorful vegan Chicken Chowmein. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I truly appreciated their effort in offering tasty vegan options.
