I recently visited PRK Icecream Store and was pleasantly surprised to find they had a delicious gluten-free Mango Ice Cream option. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, it's not always easy to find tasty treats, but this one was exceptional. The creamy texture and refreshing mango flavor made it a perfect summer treat.
