I recently tried the Chilli Chicken Gravy at Ding's Chinese Kitchen and I must say, it was excellent! As someone who loves spicy food and regularly tries different cuisines, this dish definitely satisfied my cravings. The gravy had the perfect balance of heat and flavor that kept me coming back for more. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
