I recently visited Nathu's Sweets and was pleasantly surprised to find a good selection of vegan options on their menu. I tried their Dry Fruit Samosa and it was absolutely delicious. The filling was perfectly spiced and the samosa itself was crispy and flaky. I appreciate restaurants that cater to vegans and I will definitely be back to try more of their plant-based dishes. I recently visited Shagun Sweets and was pleasantly surprised by their wide range of vegan options. Their Kaju Burfi, in particular, was a delight! It had the perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. I appreciate that the restaurant offers not just vegetarian but also vegan options. I recently ordered breakfast from Sankalp and I must say, the vegetable Jain Upma was a hit! The flavors were spot on and the portion size was generous. I recently ordered a late-night snack from The Meal Factory and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The stuffed Pyaz Paratha was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with the fresh salad, chutney, and butter. I visited Veg Potli and ordered a quick bite of Poori and Achari Aloo Gobhi. The Poori was perfectly made and the Achari Aloo Gobhi had a great blend of flavors.
