I recently visited Mom's Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised to find Paleo diet options on their menu. I ordered the 2 Paneer Paratha with a side of Dahi, and it was absolutely delicious! The parathas were filled with flavorful paneer that was cooked to perfection. The Dahi added the perfect balance of tanginess to the dish.
