I recently tried Madras Cafe for the first time and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I recently visited Haldiram's and I must say, their Idli Sambhar was absolutely delicious. The idlis were soft and fluffy and the sambhar had the perfect balance of spices. I also tried their chaat and it was incredible. The only downside was the lack of options for vegetarians. Overall, I highly recommend trying out Haldiram's if you're in the mood for some tasty and authentic Indian cuisine. You won't be disappointed.
