As a vegan, finding suitable options at restaurants can be challenging, but Thapa Chinese Fast Food exceeded my expectations. I recently visited Salad N Slice and ordered their Cottage Cheese and Exotic Veggies Salad. It was absolutely delicious! The cottage cheese was creamy and the veggies were fresh.
