I recently dined at EEST, The Westin and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. I ordered the Steamed King Prawns with Vermicelli and Homemade Soya, and it was amazing! I recently had the pleasure of trying Seasonal Tastes at The Westin and I must say, their Five Spice Prawns were a delight. The freshness of the ingredients paired with the perfect balance of spices made for a truly satisfying lunch experience. I recently dined at Prego - The Westin and had the opportunity to try their Dahi Kanda dish. It was absolutely delicious! The yogurt was creamy and tangy, perfectly complementing the crispy fried onions on top. The portion size was generous and the presentation was impeccable. I visited Palmyra, located in The Bristol Hotel, and I must say the chilli paneer was really good. The flavors were spot on and the spices used complimented the dish perfectly. Highly recommended!
