I recently visited Bengali By Nature and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive Paleo diet options. I recently tried Kolkata Chicken Dum Biryani from Kolkata Food In and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the rice was cooked to perfection. The generous amount of tender chicken pieces in the biryani added a nice touch. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and the service was excellent. Extremely dry Biryani and it wasn't made in Kolkata style. There were no aloo/potato also in the Biryani either, which is a must in Kolkata Biryani
