I recently tried Kolkata Chicken Dum Biryani from Kolkata Food In and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the rice was cooked to perfection. The generous amount of tender chicken pieces in the biryani added a nice touch. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and the service was excellent. I recently visited Champaran Handi Meat Store and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Tawa Roti was exceptionally good, with a perfect balance of flavors and texture.
