I recently tried the Aloo Pyaz Paratha from Murthal Desi Ghee Paratha and I must say, it did not disappoint! The use of authentic desi ghee gave the paratha a rich and flavorful taste that reminded me of homemade parathas. And the filling of aloo and pyaz was perfectly spiced, giving it just the right amount of kick. I couldn't resist getting a second serving and I cannot wait to go back and try their other paratha options.

I recently dined at Big Paratha Makhan Vala and was pleasantly surprised by their wide variety of vegan options. I specifically ordered the Matar Paratha and was blown away by its flavor and texture.
