I recently tried out Lajja Palace and was blown away by their Puri Aloo Dum. The dish had the perfect balance of flavor and the puris were crispy and freshly made. The aloo dum had just the right amount of spice and was cooked to perfection. I also appreciated the presentation and service at the restaurant.
