I recently discovered Shri Ruchi Snacks Corner and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer several gluten-free options on their menu. I tried their garlic bruschetta and it was delicious! The bread was perfectly toasted and had a lovely garlic flavor. I appreciate that the restaurant takes special care to cater to those with dietary restrictions.
