I recently visited Delhi Chaat and Cafe and was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option on their menu. The Kaanji Bada, a traditional Rajasthani dish, was not only gluten-free but incredibly delicious. The staff were also knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to my dietary restrictions.
