I recently had the pleasure of dining at Islami Kallu Hotel and I must say their Desi Ghee Mutton Nihari Fry is a must-try! The meat was cooked to perfection and the use of desi ghee added a rich and authentic flavor. As someone who has a preference for healthy options, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dish was not overly oily.
