I recently tried the Prawns Schezwan Fried Rice at Brundavan Multicuisine Train Restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The prawns were cooked to perfection and the Schezwan sauce gave the rice a perfect kick of spice. The ambiance of the restaurant is unique and adds to the overall experience.
