I recently visited The Milk Shop and was pleasantly surprised by their Keto diet options. As someone who follows the Keto lifestyle, it can be difficult to find suitable options at restaurants. However, The Milk Shop had a delicious Meethi Lassi that was perfect for those following a low-carb diet. I recently visited ChopTIC and was thrilled to find they had a variety of vegan options. I ordered the Chilli Paneer Fried Rice and it was delicious!
