I recently tried out Peter Hu's restaurant and was blown away by the Tom Kha Soup. The flavors were spot on and left me wanting more. It's clear that the ingredients used are of high quality. I recently tried the Vegetable Chelo Kabab at Peter Cat and I must say, it was simply amazing! The restaurant's ambiance was fantastic and the service was top-notch. But the highlight of my experience was definitely the Vegetable Chelo Kabab. The flavors were rich and the texture of the kabab was perfect. It was also accompanied by delicious sides like grilled vegetables and fluffy rice. I highly recommend trying this dish at Peter Cat and I can't wait to go back for more.
