I recently discovered the hidden gem, Santa's Fantasea, and I must say, it has quickly become one of my favourite sushi spots. While their sushi is definitely top-notch, I was pleasantly surprised by their Kerala Mutton Soup. The broth was rich and flavorful, with tender chunks of meat. I recently visited Shillong Point and was delighted to find a gluten-free option on their menu in the form of the Pork In Bamboo Shoot Rice Bowl. Being a person with gluten preferences, I was thrilled to have a delicious meal that suited my dietary needs.
