I recently visited The Cake Factory and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free butterscotch pastry. The flaky crust and rich butterscotch filling were a winning combination. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate the effort put into creating tasty options. The Cake Factory definitely exceeded my expectations with this pastry.
