I recently had the chance to try Ammiyil Aracha Kozhi Curry at Hotel Thakkaram Live Kitchen and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection in a flavorful blend of spices and the traditional ammiyil aracha cooking technique.
