Folk offers a great selection of Paleo diet options and I was pleasantly surprised by their Champaran Mutton Curry. The meat was tender and full of flavor, and the spice level was just right. The Castle Hotel was great! The Chicken Schezwan was particularly delicious. The flavors were well balanced and the dish had a nice kick to it. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good Chinese meal!
