I recently visited Amol's C. Town Sagerseth and tried their Burnt Garlic Noodles and I must say, they did not disappoint! As someone who prefers spicy food, these noodles were the perfect balance of flavor and heat. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the burnt garlic added a delicious depth to the dish.
