I recently had the pleasure of trying The Belgian Waffle Co's Red Velvet Waffle Cake and let me just say, it was incredible. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of heat in each bite. The waffle itself was fluffy and the red velvet flavor really shone through.
