I recently ordered the Awadhi Mutton Yakhni Biryani from Heritage Yakhni Biryani and I must say, it was divine. The flavors of the Awadhi cuisine were perfectly captured in this dish. The mutton was tender and the rice was perfectly cooked. As someone who enjoys Japanese cuisine, I was hesitant at first, but I wasn't disappointed.
