I recently visited Kailash Parbat at Lotia Palace and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of gluten-free options. Being someone who has a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find that they had a delicious Jain Cheese Pav Bhaji on their menu. The flavors were spot on and the staff was very accommodating.
