I recently visited 1522 Bar & Kitchen in Mumbai and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Patile Wale Chole with Kulcha was a standout dish, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. As someone who has a gluten intolerance, I appreciated the effort put into providing delicious and safe options for those with dietary restrictions.
