I recently visited Hola Pasta - Fresh Gourmet Pasta and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a variety of options for those following a Keto diet. I ordered the Red & Yellow Pepper Alfredo Pasta and it was delicious. The pasta was made fresh and had the perfect al dente texture. The alfredo sauce was creamy and had a great balance of flavors from the red and yellow peppers. I appreciate that they offer Keto options and will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
