I recently tried Happy Thai and was blown away by their Truffle Spinach Salad. I recently visited Lotus Blossom and was pleasantly surprised to find many gluten-free options on the menu. I tried the Tofu Satay with Creamy Peanut Sauce and it was absolutely delicious!
