I recently tried El Jefe's Mexicana and couldn't resist ordering their Make Your Own Cottage Cheese Quesadilla. And I have to say, it was absolutely amazing! They had a variety of fresh vegetables and toppings to choose from, and the homemade cottage cheese added the perfect creamy texture. The flavors were spot on and the presentation was impressive. I recently tried Falafel's and I have to say, their Jain Hummus Salad was exceptional. The unique blend of flavors and spices was just perfect and the dish had just the right amount of spice.
