I recently tried Halwai Ki Dukan and was blown away by their kachori. It was fresh and flavorful, reminding me of the kachoris I had in Jaipur. The restaurant itself has a cozy ambiance and the service was top-notch. But the kachori stole the show for me. The crust was perfectly crispy and the filling was just the right balance of spices. I recently visited Thepla House by Tejal's Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The Sabudana Vada was especially amazing! It was cooked to perfection and the flavors truly left me wanting more. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mother's Touch Rajasthani restaurant and it was an amazing experience. The 4 Roti with Kachari Ki Chutney were absolutely delicious.
