I recently tried the hot and sour chicken with tofu and mushroom at China House, located in Grand Hyatt. I have to say, it was a treat for my tastebuds! The dish had just the right amount of spice, and the combination of chicken, tofu, and mushroom was perfectly balanced. The presentation was beautiful, and I could tell that great care was put into each element of the dish. Overall, I highly recommend this dish and will definitely be ordering it again from this restaurant.
