I recently tried out Haldiram's Restaurant and was impressed by their Pyaz Kachori dish. As a vegan, I am always on the lookout for good plant-based options and this restaurant did not disappoint. The Pyaz Kachori was packed with flavor and had the perfect crunchy texture. I appreciate that the restaurant offers vegan options and I will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. The rich and creamy texture of the soup coupled with the earthy flavors of the mushrooms made for a perfect comfort food.
