I recently ordered lunch from The Momo Co. and decided to try their Sweet Chilli Potato dish. And let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations! I recently visited NH1 Bowls - Highway To North and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options they had. I tried the Desi Ghee Dal Khichdi Bowl and it was delicious! Being a vegan, I appreciate restaurants that cater to my dietary needs. The bowl was packed with flavor and the use of desi ghee added a unique twist to the dish. I love how NH1 Bowls focuses on plant-based options and I will definitely be returning to try more of their dishes
