I recently tried the Amritsari Kulcha from Bon Appetite restaurant and it was amazing! The kulcha was soft and fluffy, with just the right amount of spice and flavor. I recently visited Bikanervala and found their ghewar with kesar to be absolutely delicious! It was the perfect combination: light, fluffy, and amazingly flavorful. Highly recommend trying it out.
