I recently visited Haldiram's and was pleasantly surprised to find they had options for the Paleo diet. I decided to try their Moong Modak and was not disappointed. Veggie Factory is a great option for those following the Keto diet. The Kuttu Puri and Navratari Paneer Makhani are both delicious and perfect for the diet.
