I recently visited National Cake House and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of gluten-free options. I tried the Black Forest Cake and it exceeded my expectations. The cake was moist and rich, and you would never guess it was gluten-free. The staff was also very knowledgeable about cross-contamination and took proper precautions.
