Clearly said I didn't want to reduce length, just shape my hair. They agreed, and confirmed more than twice. But ended up cutting a whole 5 inches. Every long-haired girl's salon nightmare.

My experience at this salon was very good because of the way everything went from start to finish! I am a nail salon lover. I love the whole process of getting my nails done. It is something that I look forward to every week, especially when it's my turn to get a mani and pedi!
