I recently visited Uttarakhand Pahadi Dhaba and tried their Veg Clear Soup. It was absolutely delicious! The flavors were well-balanced and the soup was packed with fresh vegetables. I recently ordered lunch from Sargum's Fast Food and must say, their veg steamed momos were exceptional! The filling was perfectly cooked and the outer covering was soft and full of flavor.
