The crust was thin and crisp, just the way I like it. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I recently visited Haldiram's and I must say, their Idli Sambhar was absolutely delicious. The idlis were soft and fluffy and the sambhar had the perfect balance of spices. I also tried their chaat and it was incredible. The only downside was the lack of options for vegetarians.
