I recently visited Suribachi and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered an array of vegan options. While my dining companions enjoyed the Prawn Salt N Pepper, I opted for the vegan sushi rolls and was not disappointed. The combination of fresh vegetables and flavorful sauces made for a delicious meal. I love that Suribachi caters to all dietary preferences and their attention to detail in the preparation of vegan dishes definitely shines through.
