Worst staff ever seen Not have knowledge of accepting payments through magicpin. Don't know how to talk with customer. Talk very rudely and forcing the customer to pay service charge and saying rudely with customers Very pathetic staff mostly the male staff except the female receptionist and one more male staff at the reception they talked with me in a good manner which is as per hospitality management rules. I think their staff needs some training for hospitality businesses. Took 30 mins to serve the biryani. Needs serious training for the male staff.
