I recently tried the NH1 Bowls - Highway To North and it was an amazing experience! The Desi Ghee Dal Khichdi Bowl was especially delicious. The sushi was fresh and the combination of flavors was perfect. I loved how they incorporated traditional Indian ingredients like ghee and dal into a Japanese dish.
