I recently visited The Planter's Paradise and as someone who follows a Paleo diet, I was happy to find options that catered to my dietary preferences. I recently tried out Blue Bird restaurant and I have to say, their Sambar Vada was absolutely delicious! The vada was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly paired with the flavorful sambar. The restaurant itself had a cozy ambiance and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back to try out more of their menu. Highly recommend giving Blue Bird a try for some tasty South Indian cuisine.
