I recently visited Himalayan Juice Factory and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. The masala dosa plate was particularly good, with a crispy and flavorful dosa and a variety of tasty gluten-free accompaniments. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate when restaurants offer options that are safe for me to eat. The atmosphere was also welcoming and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the gluten-free options at Himalayan Juice Factory.
