I recently had the pleasure of trying the Sukhi Aloo Bhaji at Akhil Hind and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The dish was served with 5 perfectly cooked Fulka Rotis and a side of tangy Achar. The combination of flavors was simply mouth-watering.
