I recently visited Bhaiya Ji Bakery and tried their Eggless Fresh Pineapple Cake. It was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The sponge was light and fluffy, and the fresh pineapple pieces added a burst of flavor. The absence of eggs did not affect the taste at all. The presentation was also impressive.
