Beware ordering food from behrouze, specifically from South city 2 outlet. Has placed an order rider and reached the outlet and he is informed they don't have the food to deliver, even to cancel the order because they weren't able to service the request it took them and hour as no one was contactable on there numbers, not the store, the behrouze mumbai number , IVR pushed me to chat claiming sms has been sent with link never received the link.nete net here is one more company that has expanded with no empathy or concern for customers.when trouble starts no one is available to reach and clearly shows there internal processes are so weak with no responsibility at all. Had to spend 2 hrs to get my refund.#shameonyourmanagemteam
