Here are some layering mistakes you might be making -
1. Wearing cotton as a base layer
Cotton traps moisture and makes you feel cold, always choose a moisture-wicking base, merino wool is a good option.

2. Skipping the mid-layer
The mid-layer is what actually keeps you warm. Fleece or padded layers = game changer.

3. Choosing thickness over function
A bulky jacket isn’t always warmer. Smart, breathable, insulated layers work better.

4. Ignoring wind & rain protection
