Shiva Dhaba is one of the best dining restaurants in Murthal without any doubt. I always stop here whenever I travel on this route. It is better than most of the famous but outdated restaurants nearby. The food and service are always great.

This place is quite good for a vegan meal as they dont serve non-vegetarian. Staffs are cooperative and well mannered. Food tastes good. And they also accepts reservation. You can also celebrate birthdays with your family and friends. They have a wide range of vegan menu. People usually spend on an average 1 hour here. The inner area is cozy and beautiful. You can take some cool 🤳 selfies there.

This is my favorite place. The taste of paranthas are super WOW. Pranthas are served with white butter,mint chutney,pickle and garlic chutney. They have a huge menu 24×7 available. Shiva Dhaba has a very large sitting space. The washrooms are separate for men and women ,& are well maintained. Most interesting thing is they have different props to get pictures clicked. Various stores like toy shop,pickle,etc are also located outside. Huge parking area is there. Prices are very reasonable and yummy food.

Amazing food , i went with my riding group, with lots of bikers with me, I ordered gobhi paratha which fantastic and i love the taste and the chutney they serve with it like garlic chutney, was amazing , mouthwatering food i loved it.

It's a go to place for the famous Murthal while travelling on GT road from Delhi to other states in north. They offer North Indian, Chinese, Tandoori Snacks. They serve vegetarian menu. Food is very yummy and service is super quick. They have increased their menu prices and expect 200+ per person spends while dining here. Only issue that I have with this cafe is the way their servers ask you for the tip and they feel offended if you don’t give any.

Well its a dhabha/ restaurant on a busy highway with a lots of Bus which has mandatory stops still the hygiene of washroom was preety good with buzz of customers whole night!
Now the food, rather than the usual tandoori paratha, i ordered shikanji and tawa parantha(waiter said that not to order as it will take time) still I was adamant to eat Tawa parantha only and it came on time only, it was super soft and stuffing of masala was different from usual ones. 10/10 for paratha and shikanji was to the point.
Will recommend to go to this dhabha  rather than over crowded murthal sukhdevs.

Located at murthal where all other big names in dhaba exists, this one is a bit different, best service ,delicious food , and ofcourse lodging too available here. It serve food for 24 hours, its dhaba cum restaurant. Toilets here are very clean , parking structure is open but spacious,over all a five star dhaba. If you are travelling from Delhi to haryana or Punjab,  you must visit here. My fav a glass full of TEA♥️

This one is another dhaba along Delhi Chandigarh Highway. Food quality is Good but service is poor, might be we reached there at around 4pm so everybody was in relaxed mood. Price of the food justified.  Washroom is clean but needs further cleaning because it was slightly stinking. Staff behaviour was good. Rating is three star because of Washroom.

This is a big dhaba.. A lot of travelers come here, you get a lunch break dinner.Apart from this you will find tea coffee cold drink water here Yes you get Chinese food burger Noodles Spring Roll Idli dosa here Is found. There is no parking problem here Whereas washrooms and toilet facilities are available free of charge. It is good to serve the whole world. A temple of Shiva is also built here.  Shopping can also make some shops. You have a lot of history tables, where you have a problem.. There is no money to park here..

Just came out after having breakfast. I asked a waiter to get the table  cleaned  and he retorted rudely "Kahin aur baith jao"... When I insisted he said disrespectfully "aa jayega na saaf karnay wala" .....
The one who took the order was also not welcoming.
If the customer is paying unjustifiably hefty prices, then at least train your staff in basic etiquettes. Though food is good.

Shiva Tourist Dhaba is average at best. The only good thing about this place is that the toilets are clean and well-maintained, which is rare on highways.

The food, however, is quite disappointing – not fresh and lacks taste. Definitely not something I would recommend for a proper meal. On the positive side, the waiters are very quick and prompt with service, so you don’t have to wait long.

Overall, good if you want a clean stop for washrooms and quick tea/snacks, but not the right place if you’re looking for quality food.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Five of us had dinner at this restaurant last Saturday, and all of us ended up with severe diarrhea. It completely ruined our trip. The food was unhygienic and downright disgusting. This was not just bad service—it was a health hazard.

I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this restaurant. It’s not worth risking your health for such terrible food and careless hygiene.

We've come here as our driver took us here seeing rate chart we were shocked, as my stomach was upset I ordered Idli here, they have charged two idlis for 140 rs, extra idli 80rs per idli (which was not needed as the taste was worst), one small bowl of curd they charged for 90 rs, we ordered mix Paratha it was for 130 (single paratha for 130) are these people selling food with silver coating? A person gets frustrated if he pays but don't get what he wants, worst experience!!!!

Last night on 10th May 25 I went here with my friends and family and we ordered malai kofta, dal makni, 2 chilli parantha and 2 missi roti. This order came in 40 minutes. After telling the staff several times, it was a weekend but the rush was not that much. After that I tasted malai kofta and it was absolutely sweet like kulfi and the taste of missi roti was also bad. I complained about this to the staff there but they did not give any response and then I left the food and then even after telling us they took the full bill. Rs1190 Similarly, I would like to tell all the tourists that do not come here even by mistake. I should go because my experience with both the food and the staff here was bad. Thanks.

Bad staff, bad customer service.
5 degree temperature and they had 6 fans switched on in the washrooms and the corridor leading upto the washroom.
Upon having asked them twice, they refused to turn it off. I asked the guy at the cash till to intervene, and he did send help, but nobody turned off the fans saying “it’s for the smell”.
Mind you, it’s 5 degrees, there’s dense fog outside, there is no other option for washroom and they’re giving attitude like it was an unreasonable request, which should just really be basic common sense.
Do not recommend.
Scenarios like this, capitalism is better, “go local” is not, because there’s accountability and action.
To top it off, they charged me for a water bottle, which I specifically asked for, and took it back and never gave it to me.
Brought everything to the guy at the cash till guy’s notice, but again, what do we really expect from people who don’t want to work. The staff, especially the lady responsible for ladies washroom, Rekha, should be let go off.

But by all means, if you want to get sick early morning at 7, please do visit.
